Secret Agent Escape Room

MARCH 16, 2019

A special escape room themed birthday party set in Cuba in the 70s with a Marvel twist. Guests were tasked with infiltrating the Hydra Basilisk Bar in Havana Cuba to stop the Cuban missile crisis.

The escape room was broken into two parts. Guests needed to solve a key code to enter the Basilisk Bar and once inside they were tasked with solving the clues to open the secret room. Inside the secret room were a series of puzzles to disarm the missiles.

Puzzles

• Metal boxes with puzzle pieces were hidden around the room. Once assembled there was a safe combo written on the back in invisible ink. Which was visible by wearing the special goggles

• The combo opened the safe behind the bar which included a key and a note to ask the bartender for the cyanide special.

• The cyanide special included 4 capsules with messages. When combined the notes provided the word to open a word lock.

• The key and word combo opened a cigar box containing scissors needed to open the secret room (brick wall covering).

• Once in the control room there is a series of puzzles to stop the missiles detailed in a workbook. Each puzzle correlated to a key to insert in the timer box.

• The first puzzle required guests to match the clues to a map with coordinates.

• The second puzzle was a circuit box that required you to rewire in order to get the lights to turn on.

• The last puzzle was a code puzzle into morse code.
